A Scene of Heaven

1 Then I saw ^aanother sign in heaven, great and marvelous, ^bseven angels who had ^cseven plagues, which are ^dthe last, because in them the wrath of God is finished.

2 And I saw something like a ^esea of glass mixed with fire, and those who ^fwere victorious ^{▼▼Lit from}over the ^hbeast and ⁱhis image and the ^jnumber of his name, standing on the ^ksea of glass, holding ^lharps of God. 3 And they *sang the ^msong of Moses, ⁿthe bond-servant of God, and the ^osong of the Lamb, saying,

“ ^pGreat and marvelous are Your works,
^qLord God, the Almighty;
Righteous and true are Your ways,
^rKing of the ^{▼▼Two early mss ages}nations!
4 “ ^tWho will not fear You, Lord, and glorify Your name?
For You alone are holy;
For ^uall the nations will come and worship before You,
For Your ^{▼▼Or judgments
,} ^wrighteous acts have been revealed.”
5 After these things I looked, and ^xthe ^{▼▼Or sanctuary}temple of the ^ztabernacle of testimony in heaven was opened, 6 and the ^aaseven angels who had the seven plagues ^abcame out of the ^{▼▼Or sanctuary}temple, clothed in ^{▼▼One early ms stone}linen, clean and bright, and ^aetheir chests wrapped with golden sashes. 7 And one of the ^affour living creatures gave the ^agseven angels seven ^ahgolden bowls full of the ^aiwrath of God, who ^ajlives forever and ever. 8 And the ^{▼▼Or sanctuary}temple was filled with ^alsmoke from the glory of God and from His power; and no one was able to enter the ^{▼▼Or sanctuary}temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were finished.
